Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on your selected shipping method and destination. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

 

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the U.S. We’re exploring options to expand internationally soon. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assist you.
